1. Our Software Guarantee
We specialize in software activation keys. We accept refunds and returns if the activation key is not working as it should. If you encounter any technical issues, errors, or "invalid key" messages, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement or a full refund.
2. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for your software key.
3. Eligibility & Condition
Condition: To be eligible for a return on non-defective items, the product must be in New condition (the activation key must be unused and unredeemed).
Acceptance: We accept returns for both defective (keys not working) and non-defective products.
4. Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong software or need a different version, we accept exchanges within the 7-day window.
5. Return Methods & Shipping
Even though we deliver via email, we support the following return methods if physical documentation or verification is required:
Methods: By mail, In-store, or at a Drop-off location.
Return Label: A pre-paid return label is included in your package (or sent via email for digital orders).
Fees: Return shipping is Free, and there are no restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing Time
We know you want your money back quickly.
Once the return is initiated and the key status is verified, your refund will be processed within 1 business day.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
